What was the most important thing/skill/concept you learned at the School of Architecture?
I now enjoy seeing the changes in Minneapolis foreseen in the design projects. Also, it was clear that the field was really better for men rather than women.

Who made the most lasting impression (most influenced you) and why?
John Myers, Ralph Rapson, Vladimir Shahofskoy, Tony Holmes, Julia Robinson, and Georgia Bizios.

What is your favorite memory from your studio days?
Vladimir Shahosky's kindness.

Please identify one (or more) memorable design project that you worked on while a student at the School of Architecture.
My senior project of an American Indian center.

What major forces (such as individual architects, design philosophies, rendering styles, research methods, etc.) do you remember influencing you significantly as a student?
My first semester there I had my design drawings torn off the wall by Professor Kay Lockhart who did not like them. I took shelter under John Myers who protected us women. Professor Parker told another woman that women had no place in architecture.
